I’m sure I’m speaking for many when I say mornings are a struggle.
Having to step out of the warm cosy sheets and get on with reality can be quite tedious. Don’t get me wrong I love my job and my daily routine as I’m sure many others do too. But finding the energy and motivation to get up is difficult. Unless… hehe There is one thing that seems to make mornings a whole lot more pleasant. And a bunch of reliable sources have agreed to this too, so it’s not just my active libido talking.

Whether you’re a morning person or someone who needs 10 alarms to wake up, morning sex is just what you need, and here’s why:
Biologically, Mornings Are Prime Time For Sex.
Your sexual crave, aka. Libido is affected by many things, but estrogen and testosterone levels play a significant role in it. Now both hormones peak their levels in the morning, so you’re more likely to be horny in the morning.
Mainstream porn makes it seem like orgasms fly out of nowhere, by merely beating two bodies together. But the truth is that when you stimulate the right areas, your body sends pleasure signals to your brain. These signals will eventually accumulate in your brain until you reach a point of release and orgasm.
Naturally, if your mind is cluttered with thoughts, worries, and chores, you won’t focus solely on having sex and the pleasures you’re feeling. Similar to going for a brisk walk, sex burns 5 calories per minute. So the question is, would you rather burn your calories at the gym or have a morning sesh?
Great so now that we’ve established all the benefits of morning sex, why don’t we tackle the obstacles?
Don’t have enough time?
Are you sure, though? Do you snooze your alarm a couple of times, or sit on your phone for a good 15 minutes before even getting out of bed? You probably have plenty of time, you’re just lazy with it.
Plus remember that this is something that you want to have, so you could always move your alarm 15 minutes earlier and go to work 15 minutes later no?
